WelGen 850
Our WelGen 850 provides you with the ultimate in providing welfare for your site, including a shower, in addition to a full site set-up combining office, canteen, drying room & toilet in one 24ft unit. This unit ticks a lot of the boxes for Considerate Constructors!
The unit has been designed with a number of environmentally friendly features:

Fence link corners: these allow construction type fencing panels to be connected to the unit allowing a secure compound area to be formed

Oasis Heating unit: this produces hot water to feed the taps and to heat the unit. Both are powered by gas or electricity providing full welfare in the unlikely event of generator failure
Office area, Meeting room or additional Canteen space?
The office area is light and spacious and provides a pleasant working environment. It has two windows, giving the site manager a good view of the site even when he is in his office. We can tailor each site’s individual requirements and we can furnish the office area as a meeting room or additional canteen area, if preferred.
Canteen area
The canteen area provides seating for seven people and is fitted with a sink unit, worktop, storage cupboard and further under seating storage.
To enable instant start on delivery, the unit contains a microwave, kettle and initial supply of tea and coffee.
Shower
The WelGen 850 provides your site staff with a shower.
Toilet and Drying Room Area
The WelGen 850 contains a porcelain flushing toilet and urinal. Sites are able to dry their clothes overnight in the drying room area without the need for the generator to run, due to our unique heating system. This not only reduces running cost, but also keeps any potential neighbours happy as the heating system operates silently.
Telemetry
Peace of mind for your site through the telemetry system fitted to this unit. We remotely monitor generator oil and waste levels, allowing us to respond to a potential problem, before it actually occurs!
