Advanté Festive Shutdown 2025

We would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year, and to quickly update you on our festive shutdown information.

Festive Opening Hours

Please be advised that our offices will be closed from 5:30pm on Monday 22nd December 2025 and business will resume as normal on Friday 2nd January 2026. Any correspondence received during the holiday period will be dealt with upon return.

Off-Hire Notifications

In line with our terms and conditions, all hire charges will continue as usual in respect of non-mechanical plant (site accommodation and all Oasis units) remaining on site over the shutdown period. Service charges for Oasis units, e.g., Toilet Servicing, will be suspended from Monday 22nd December 2025 to the Friday 2nd January 2026.

Due to an anticipated volume of collections, we would ask for two weeks’ notice should you require transport to collect items of plant from your site prior to the holiday period. The last day for requesting off hiring of a unit is Friday 5th December 2025. Any off hires requested after this date will remain on hire until collection in the New Year.  Please ensure that all your sites are aware of these dates, so that off hire arrangements can be made if necessary.

We respectfully remind you that it is your responsibility, under the terms of the contract, for the safekeeping and the maintenance of insurance cover for all plant and equipment left on site.

Even more so than usual, January is set to be an exceptionally busy month, so please contact us as soon as possible to reserve your welfare requirements for the New Year to ensure availability and avoid any delays to your site starts.
