Advanté shortlisted for two national sustainability awards

Advanté has been shortlisted for two national awards - Partnership of the Year at the National Sustainability Awards, and the SSI SCHAEFER Sustainable Supply Chain Award - recognising our solar welfare innovation, our long-standing partnership with Willmott Dixon, and the collaboration with Modulaire Group behind it.

Recognised for driving sustainable change together

Advanté has been shortlisted for two national awards, both recognising our two-year EcoLogic Solar Welfare case study with Willmott Dixon: Partnership of the Year at the National Sustainability Awards, and The SSI SCHAEFER Sustainable Supply Chain Award at the Supply Chain Excellence Awards 2026.

Both entries were submitted by our parent company, Modulaire Group.

For the Supply Chain Excellence Awards, we presented directly to the judging panel, with Inder Poonaji, Modulaire Group’s Director of ESG & Sustainability, and Jonathan Ayton, Willmott Dixon’s Principal Sustainability Manager. Winners will be announced on 8 October and 5 November respectively.

The case study centres on the deployment of Oasis EcoLogic Solar welfare units across 146 Willmott Dixon construction sites over two years. The solar units – providing canteens, offices, toilets and drying rooms – are powered primarily by roof-mounted solar generation, battery storage and low-carbon LPG backup. Over the course of the programme, the fleet operated on renewable energy for almost 90% of the time, including through winter months, delivering savings of £450,000 and more than 1,000 tonnes of carbon by eliminating diesel from these units.

A long-standing partnership

Willmott Dixon has hired Oasis units from Advanté for many years. When Advanté launched its solar range in 2021, Willmott Dixon was among the first customers to deploy them on their sites – a decision this case study now substantiates with two years of operational data. The results support Willmott Dixon’s target of Zero Operational Carbon by 2030, and the full case study is published on our website.

In practical terms, the impact is felt on site: fewer fuel deliveries to coordinate, reduced generator noise, and improved air quality — a measurable reduction in the operational and logistical burden on build managers, replicated across 146 projects.

Backed by Modulaire Group

Advanté has been part of Modulaire Group since December 2020. Modulaire’s investment and strategic direction have helped embed sustainability across our operations, not only within the Oasis product range, but all areas of the business. This shortlisting reflects that wider commitment, as well as our circular approach – “Loops within Loops” – that informs how our units are built, reused and recycled.

“Huge thanks to everyone involved in this partnership across the Group. We are proud of what has been achieved together — and we will be keeping our fingers crossed for the finals!”

– James Odom, Modulaire Group

This recognition reflects what a long-term partnership, backed by the right investment, can achieve: measurable carbon and cost savings delivered at scale, without compromising service reliability. We thank everyone at Advanté who contributed to this result, and congratulate our colleagues at Modulaire Group and Willmott Dixon on this shared recognition.
