Advanté invented the concept of an ‘instant start’ welfare unit and has pioneered static, self-contained welfare units since 1998. Innovation for sustainability has always been at the heart of what we do.
Each Oasis Welfare unit provides high quality office and/or canteen facilities, a 24/7 drying room (silent overnight) and 1 or 2 toilets, with just one welfare unit. Shower options are also available.
All Oasis Welfare units are hybrid solar/LPG powered – designed to minimise environmental impact, enhance staff wellbeing, and have a positive impact on the community. Each unit is fitted with intelligent telemetry that ensures optimal unit efficiency and limits generator operation.
The EcoLogic Solar range is the latest generation of Oasis Welfare units fitted with an increased solar array to ensure maximum solar gain is achieved all year round.
On average, EcoLogic Solar units have achieved 95.2% renewable carbon -free electricity and 98.7% silent running, since their launch in January 2021. Significantly reducing carbon, noise and running costs on site and helping clients towards their carbon reduction targets and sustainability goals.
Our instant start EcoLogic Solar and EcoLogic Hybrid welfare units are a game changer for project planning, increasing flexibility and productivity in any location.
Used by leading construction companies across the UK their design reduces logistical restraints on where sites place their welfare accommodation and means sites don’t need to wait for connections in order to start work.
See how Oasis Welfare delivers a sustainable way to work across all locations in Housebuilding, Construction, Highways, Infrastructure, Utilities, and Industry.
As part of the Modulaire Group, we would like to share Group’s Environmental, Social, Governance and Sustainability report. To find out how we are achieving this, read more here.
“I am pleased with our progress this year based on our five strategy and performance pillars. Our ambitious goal of achieving Net Zero by 2050 is encouraging our teams to work with passion and pride, finding new ways to reduce our environmental impacts and delivering social value to the communities in which we operate.
Many of these achievements are shared in our ESGS report, including reducing our Scope 1 and 2 market based emissions by 26%. I continue to believe there are significant opportunities to help our customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to address the challenges of climate change and to deliver growth in the low carbon and circular economy.”
