Advanté wins Partnership of the Year at the National Sustainability Awards

Advanté, Modulaire Group and Willmott Dixon have been named Partnership of the Year at the 2026 National Sustainability Awards, which recognise organisations turning sustainability ambition into measurable action.

The award was presented at the sixth annual National Sustainability Awards in London on 8 October 2026. The awards recognise organisations turning sustainability ambition into measurable action, and this one recognises a partnership, backed by two years of performance data, that is changing how welfare facilities are powered on construction sites.

Willmott Dixon deployed Advanté’s Oasis EcoLogic Solar welfare units across 146 UK projects. The units give site teams canteens, offices, toilets and drying rooms powered by solar generation and battery storage, with lower-carbon LPG backup.

Replacing diesel-powered cabins with solar welfare units meant the fleet ran on renewable energy for almost 90% of its running time. Together, this saved over 1,000 tonnes of carbon and £450,000 for Willmott Dixon.

A long-standing partnership

Advanté has supplied welfare facilities to Willmott Dixon sites for many years. The award reflects the close, day-to-day working between the two teams, from planning and delivery to ongoing servicing and support.

Inder Poonaji, ESG & Sustainability Director at Modulaire Group, said:

“Partnership is what turns good ideas into real change on site. Working closely with Willmott Dixon, our Advanté team has applied a proven solar welfare solution consistently across projects, helping to cut diesel use without compromising the facilities people rely on every day.”

For Advanté, the win shows that solar welfare is no longer a trial or a niche option. Across 146 live projects, it has given site teams the facilities they need while cutting fuel use, cost and carbon at the same time. It’s also recognition for the people on both sides who made it work, from Willmott Dixon’s site and supply chain teams to the Advanté colleagues who plan, deliver and maintain the units.
