Since joining the business in April 2000, Dave has been an integral part of our journey, contributing his expertise, work ethic, and unwavering commitment to our success. His dedication has not only played a key role in advancing our production processes but has also made a lasting impact on those who have had the privilege of working alongside him.

A Legacy of Excellence

Over the past 25 years, Dave has witnessed and contributed to many changes within Advanté.

From the early days of Oasis Welfare innovations to the development of our solar welfare unit range, he has been instrumental in ensuring that our production capabilities continue to evolve and meet the needs of our customers. His technical knowledge and problem-solving skills have helped drive efficiencies, improve product quality, and support the company’s growth in the welfare solutions industry.

Looking back at when Dave first joined, the industry and the company were quite different. In 2000, Advanté was already pioneering instant start welfare solutions, but over the years, Dave has seen the transformation of Oasis units into the impressive hybrid and solar-powered welfare units they are today—playing a part in the company’s commitment to sustainability and supporting our clients in meeting their ESG goals.
