On all their sites, Ryebridge strives to introduce pioneering environmental construction practice with major benefits in both cost and environmental impact. This includes material recycling and onsite remediation and more recently the focus shifted towards facilities.

Ryebridge has been busy introducing our low carbon Oasis EcoLogic welfare units across all of their construction sites, as they continue to push for more sustainable working.

Instant Start Office and Welfare Unit

Ryebridge are experienced in delivering successful airport projects and understand the important of ensuring minimal impact on day-to-day operations and passenger movements.  The Oasis EcoLogic 1750 welfare unit has been a popular choice, as this unit provides completely self-contained, trouble-free office and welfare facilities for staff on site.

With just one 32ft Oasis Welfare unit, the EcoLogic 1750 provides welfare for up to 25 people with two separate toilets, a 24/7 drying room, canteen that seats 10 and a separate office looking out over site.

Low Carbon, Low Noise Welfare (No Diesel)

The team at Ryebridge have been very satisfied with the EcoLogic hybrid technology, which is designed to reduce carbon emissions, running costs and noise.

Additionally, the EcoLogic hybrid technology reduces noise by limiting the generator and also provides silent drying room facilities overnight.

Improving Air Quality

Poor air quality is a major issue that is being addressed across the construction industry, however, it is even more significant for projects within aviation and other transport-related industries, where CO₂ emissions are far more substantial.

Ryebridge have taken positive steps to reduce emissions across their fleet of plant machinery, including their choice of instant start welfare.

By moving away from diesel powered welfare units to a solar and hybrid LPG alternative from Oasis Welfare, they are not only lowering their carbon footprint on site, but also improving air quality for their staff and the local community.
