The Algeco construction team install both modular building rentals and purchases, working across the country and putting in Full turnkey solutions for clients needing additional accommodation on site. Providing temporary and permanent modular building solutions in a range of education, construction and industrial sites.
Quick start
When they start on a project the team aim to start immediately, ensuring projects run to schedule. An instant start welfare unit means all the services are available to the team from day one – canteen, toilets for men & women, office space and a full drying room.
The Advanté Transport team ensure that when they deliver the units the site team have a complete run-through on how the unit operates, ensuring they run it correctly and get the most efficient use from the renewable energy.
Quiet welfare
With their solar hybrid technology, Oasis Hybrid EcoLogic and Oasis EcoLogic Solar units provide a perfect instant start with lower emissions and mainly silent running. This element makes them an ideal unit for sites with neighbours, reducing community impact and improving staff wellbeing.

About the project: Full turnkey project – Groundworks, Drainage, Landscaping and installation of a 40 Bay Rental building providing an additional 10 Classrooms, Meeting Rooms, Staff Break out area and Toilet facilities for sixth form students.
Burton Yard:

About the project: A temporary overflow yard is utilised due to the current workload in Ellesmere port.

About the project: Foundations and installation of 3, 12 bay buildings. Providing additional 12 classrooms, storage and toilets, due to flood damage in the existing school. Rental project 12 months
