Advanté also helps advise clients on how to improve sustainability on site, and has worked with one company to help move it towards a cable-free working environment. The specialist has also focused on increasing the profile of diversity and inclusion among its workforce.

In 2018, one of its directors became a Fairness Inclusion and Respect (FIR) ambassador after training through the Supply Chain Sustainability School, driving the diversity agenda from above.”
