As part of our Meet the Team series, and to mark the celebration of our 25 years of Oasis Welfare, this month we meet Justin Jackson.

What is your role at Advanté? Crane operator / Slinger Banksman

How long have you worked here? I’ve been with Advanté for 18 Months.

What do you enjoy most about your job? I enjoy the variation of the role. One of the perks of the work is when I’m not moving Oasis Welfare units around the yard, I take a few seconds to catch the spectacular views from my “office”. Also being 30 metres up, it keeps me in great shape. It’s only 100 steps but I go up and down these steps about 6 times a day.

What’s your favourite holiday destination? I love the Caribbean – St Lucia has my heart.

What is your favourite hobby? DIY & Socialising.

Do you have any pets? I have two dogs – one Mastiff and one extra-large Bully.

What’s the best piece of advice anyone has given you? If you haven’t got anything nice to say don’t say anything.
