Advanté has won the prestigious Global Bronze Award for our commitment to Environmental Best Practices with our Vision Solar range at the Green World Awards!
Our Vision Solar range offers inclusive 2+1 self-contained toilet facilities that cater for a diverse workforce. Fully accessible facilities are also available with our Vision Solar Access toilet block.
This is our second time winning the Green World Award, with the first being for Innovation with our EcoLogic Solar range in 2023.
Organised by The Green Organisation, the Green World Awards recognise businesses that have a positive impact on the environment by promoting good environmental practices.

Vision Solar: Green Apple Environment Awards
Our entry to the Green World Awards followed Vision Solar’s success at the Green Apple Environment Awards 2023.
Here’s what the judges said about Vision Solar:
“Advanté launched The Vision Solar project in May 2023 with the aim of revolutionising toilets for construction sites with solar-hybrid powered toilet blocks. Since then, they have successfully reduced carbon emissions with an impressive 98.7% carbon-free power usage through solar energy and telemetry.”
The Green Apple Awards are run by The Green Organisation – an international, independent, non-profit, non-political environment group that began in 1994 to recognise, reward and promote environmental best practice around the world.
Vision Solar Range
The Vision Solar Range is latest addition to the renowned Oasis range of welfare units. An instant start toilet block with 2 + 1 cubicles that features innovative solar hybrid technology. Vision Solar is completely self-contained and provides male and female facilities for up to 60 people on site.
The revolutionary new Vision Solar is powered by Oasis Solar Hybrid Technology, which is delivering an average 98.7% renewable energy to power all electrical loads in the unit silently, including lighting, heating, hot water and hand dryers.

It means sites can reduce their carbon footprint significantly – and it’s not just for summer, as solar gain can be achieved all year round. The Vision Solar Access unit comprises a two-bay toilet area with two urinals accessed by a short staircase and a single full access toilet with ramp and automatic door system, compliant with Building Regulations for disabled access.
This latest innovation follows the release of the Vision Solar toilet block recently, as part of Advanté’s commitment to helping sites to achieve net zero. Like Vision Solar, the new Vision Solar Access is powered by a solar hybrid system, which is fully self-sufficient needing no connection to external services as part of helping sites to achieve net zero. The toilet block is space heated to ensure a comfortable environment for users in the colder months.
Advanté’s Vision Solar Access unit is designed for any site that requires a fully accessible toilet unit, including construction sites and existing buildings undergoing refurbishment. The fully compliant unit is 7.6m x 2.7m (25ft x 9ft) in size.
Since their launch in May 2023, Advanté’s Vision Solar toilet blocks are continuing to demonstrate significant carbon reduction, which also translates to lower fuel costs and reduced noise on construction sites. The impressive solar gain achieved by the new solar-hybrid technology, combined with intelligent telemetry, minimises generator usage, reducing service calls, and on-site support.
